Shipping Policy
How We Ship
All Northforge Labs products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed — we don't hold pre-made inventory. Because of this, every order includes a production period before it ships.
Production lead time:
Approximately 3–5 business days from the date of your order.
Shipping transit time:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Transit time is in addition to the production lead time above.
We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally. Available shipping options and rates for your location will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is customer-paid and calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We do not mark up shipping costs — the rate shown at checkout reflects the actual carrier rate for your package.
International Orders — Duties & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost at checkout.
We have no control over customs processes or the fees your country may apply. If you're unsure what to expect, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking update within 6 business days of your order date, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us. We'll do our best to help resolve the situation, though we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
