Returns & Exchanges Policy
Made to Order — What This Means for Returns
Every Northforge Labs product is printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on orders that arrive as described and in good condition.
We ask that you review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before you buy, contact us — we're happy to help you make the right choice.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your exchange is approved, we'll arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you. You will not be charged for the replacement or its shipping.
What Qualifies as a Defect
We consider the following to be defects eligible for exchange:
- Structural failure under normal use conditions
- Significant layer separation or print delamination
- Incorrect item shipped (wrong product or color)
- Damage that occurred during transit (not from use)
The following are not considered defects:
- Minor cosmetic variations in layer texture — this is a characteristic of FDM 3D printing, not a flaw
- Colour variation between product photos and printed output — colours may vary slightly depending on filament batch and screen calibration
- Damage resulting from exposure to harsh solvents, extreme heat, or misuse
Cancellations
Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed and before production has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
